Cabrillo Features Ms. Quecan, Cabrillo School Psychologist

Good Morning and Happy Sunday Cabrillo Families,
As I look back on the past two months, I can see how we are collectively hitting our stride. I want to thank our many families who have been using the Yearbook Photo Uploader found on the Cabrillo website under my weekly Sunday Chat. I have provided links to the photo uploader and a brief tutorial on how to upload your images. Thank you Cabrillo Community for helping us develop a yearbook in this time of distance learning.

If you are interested in purchasing a copy of the 2019-2020 yearbook, we have some remaining copies of the yearbook available which we are selling for $20. Please complete the linked form to indicate your interest in purchasing a yearbook. Our tremendous office staff will be in contact with you to find a time for you to come to the school and pick up this memory from last year.

Cabrillo’s School Psychologist
Last week we met Mrs. Rode, the Cabrillo Resource Specialist. This week I am featuring our Cabrillo School Psychologist Ms. Christine Quecan. Ms. Quecan will be sharing some very helpful tips on developing mindfulness and sharing mental health resources. Please enjoy her video.

Materials Distribution This Week
Contactless delivery continues this week with Kindergarten on Thursday. The cafeteria doors are open from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm. Please make sure to take the materials only from your student’s basket.

Stay Safe,

David Thornley
