2021-22 Maze Day Information

Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) will be utilizing Campus Parent, the parent portal functionality of Infinite Campus, the student information system, to register and update student information electronically. These forms are customized to each family and student and through a single centralized online process.

Maze Day Forms Frequently Asked Questions/Troubleshooting

Q. I do not see the "existing student" option.
A. The “new” student option is turned off, so the only option is for existing students. Check the year is set to 2021-2022 (default) and click  “Begin Registration”

Q. In the Green box that lists my children’s name, in the far right column under “Registration Submitted” it says “No”. 
A. This is because you have not submitted the Maze Day form for 2021-2022.

Q. The Parent name is misspelled or the date of birth is wrong.
A. Please contact your school site when the office reopens in August and they
will correct it.

Q. My child will be new to Fremont Unified for the 2021-2022 school year. I never received an access code to create an account.
A. Following your meeting with the enrollment technician you would have received an email from Infinite Campus letting you know the application was approved. In that email was your unique GUID which is the code you will use to set up your  account. Please search for an email with the subject “Portal Activation”; be sure to check your Spam folder.
